Priorities are given to known/relative employees which is totally an unfair practice and quite frustrating to all dedicated and hardworking employees. E.g.: latest appointment in jaipur branch of Hindi faculty was totally unmerited and beyond policies of our organization. There are lot many cases of such sort of incidents.
