DLF Phase-3is very dirty, specially area near S-35 Road around ‘Shri Shiva Mandir’. Cleanliness is big problem. DLF staff id highly in-effective.

Prices are out of whack. At half of this price I lived in Seattle in a mansion in a North West USA city. Indian real estate overcharges by 100 to 200 percent,
