Once again ragging claims another life of an innocent boy from a medical college in HP. A 19 year old boy Aman Satya Kachroo from Gurgaon was brutally beaten up to death by his seniors on Monday. The incident took place in Rajendra Prasad Medical College of Himachal Pradesh. It is situated at Tanda village in Kangra district.
Aman, who passed out of DPS international Saket and taken admission to the college last august had complained about the ragging to his parents also. The boy had been harassed on earlier occasion also and he had even gone to the police station and lodged an FIR.
According to reports, a group of drunken seniors including some 2nd Year Students had beaten up the boy. However the family members of deceased blamed the college administration for the incident.
A case of murder has been registered and two accused students Ajay Verma and Naveen Verma have been arrested by the police. The Principal of the college Dr S Sankhayan tendered his resignation. Moreover college authorities have suspended the hostel warden and the manager
