  Getting a gas connection in gurgaon is really very difficult. there is no fixed price and each distributer have there own rates from 3500 to 5000. even you contect to diffrent person in same agency price will be changed. and in the morning if they are agree to give u connection, may be in the evenoing they can refuse.

  Maine 05 saal pehle Sri Jagriti Gas Khandsa se Gas Connection liya tha. 05 saal se mai unko double sylender ke liye request kar raha hu per we kabhi is mahine ki last date to kabhi next month ke 1st weak me milne ko boltein hai aur aise hi kartrin kartein 05 saal nikal gaye hai. Mere sath dikkat ye hai jab mera gas end ho jata hai tab kam se kam 05 din ke baad mujhe gas supply ki jati hai jab tak mujhe black me chota sylender se kaam chalana padta hai ya fir family ke sath hotel me lunch karna padta hai.   Hello everybody,
  I am complaining the SHEETLA Gas Service, whenever we book the gas by telephone, 99.9% phone is busy for continuous period of time. for booking the gas, we tried minimum 100 times to book a cylinder. And most of the time, phone continuously ringing.

  plz solve it out to provide the good service to your customer.

  Everyone’s who wants a GAS connection can reah out to URVASHI ENTERPRISES, they are dealers in INDANE, they are located on the 1st floor of the Times Square buliding in Sushant Lok-1, B- Block. The building itself is located in between the Park Plaza Hotel & the Marriot Hotel.

  The waiting time for a new connection can be as long as 6 mnths but if you follow up regularly, you can get it in 2 mnths.

  My consumer No. 60534, Manjit Gas Agency,Near Police check post,sikanderpur, Gurgaon,
  everytime we had to try 100 times to book the LPG gas through telephone to this agency.Always the phone connection is either busy or swith off . We are working classand this is such a big harassment.
  *Moreover everytime they deliver gas after 25-26 days of booking.
  * This time also after a try of the telephone till one week,we got our gas booked after one week and when we complained them about their phone and requested them to give some other functional no. of agency, the agency people’s behaviour was not good,instead of attending to our complaint he shouted on us.
  Even after 15 days of booking we have not received the gas.

  Appropriate action should be taken against the Manjit Gas Agency at the earliest.

  Off late I have seen a degradation in Ravi Gas Agency’s service. They either do not pick up the call or they keep the phone busy the whole day. And when they pick up the call they give a date of gas delivery 7 - 8 days from the date of booking. Infact once they did not deliver the gas in time and when I called up to find out then the guy on call said that there was no booking made in my name at all. The guy who receives the call there is extremely rude. Please let me know how to deal with this rude behaviour and bad service .

  I have applied for a new gas connection at Mata Sheetla Gas Service, Gurgaon on 12 Dec,2010 and still waiting for their response over my request.

  Meanwhile I have tried to contact them many times but always gets the same response - currently they are dealing with Nov,2010 connection request and their executive will come first for survey.

  I have enquired on other Indane Gas Agencies and everybody has maximum 20days time limit for providing new connection but don’t know why so much delay at Mata Sheetla Gas Service, Gurgaon.

  Getting a gas connection in gurgaon is really very difficult. there is no fixed price and each distributer have there own rates from 3500 to 5000. even you contect to diffrent person in same agency price will be changed. and in the morning if they are agree to give u connection, may be in the evenoing they can refuse.

  Those shifting to Gurgaon can transfer their present LPG connection on production of Termniation Letter /transfer voucher from the previous place to the nearest new place. In gurgaon you can contact Urvashi Indane agncy nearest near Vyvpar Kendra(beside park plaza shopping complex) and produce your previous connection letter. Based on whcih new connection shall be give. You may contact the areas field officer for any further assistance. You may also contact any nearest Indane LPG agency for your assistance.

Pls suggest how to esclate this regular problem th. cousumer court as I’m in process to obtain 100 signature from Indane gas consumers. Agency Reps (both females) behaviour is not good and always seems to be in anger.

  can indian oil companey take some concrete action against golden gas agency as the supply and booking of gas is nightmere telephone lines are always busy one has to personally visit the gas agency to book the gas.and the supply is almost after25 days.This is not my personal complaint
