1. The Kangra fort: It is a beautiful fort of the place situated at a distance of 27kms from Palampur and is enclosed by high walls and 4kms circumference. It is also a meeting point of the two rivers called Manjhi and Banganga.
2. Andretta: It is at a distance of around 13kms away from Palampur. It is known for the artistic creations of Sobha Singh and B.C Sanyal. It has been an abode to them. There houses are beautifully decorated with pottery, handicraft and other notable works. These entire things are also found at the centre at Andretta.
3. Tashi Jong: It is a Tibetan monastery located around 12kms away.
4. Sujanpur Tira and Baijnath: It is located 42kms and 15kms away from Palampur respectively. The former is recognized for the beauty of the temples and the latter is itself a beautiful temple of Shiva known for ancient carving and religious issues.
