One of the UK’s top residential property agents, Hamptons International along with subsidiary of Emaar MGF has announced the official opening of their corporate office in Gurgaon. The new office will be located in Times Tower, Gurgaon near New Delhi and will be able to provide full range services to their clients. Some of the properties which already been started offering by Hamptons International include Digital Greens, Palm Drives, The Palm Square and The Meadows.
Hamptons International is currently working on the prestigious Commonwealth Games Village in Gurgaon. Also the company has provided stylish apartments in Gurgaon, luxury apartments in Mohali, Hyderabad and Chennai. Head of Hamptons International in India, Shruti Gupta said that during the past few years the country has seen a dynamic shift in real estate market. So the country is attracted a number of UK investors who are willing to buy property in India.
She also said that this office in Gurgaon will be a key part of the company’s expansion strategy. Also, their synergy with the India’s real estate giant Emaar MGF enables them to provide a better buying experience and better client services.
