I am a Premier customer of HSBC living at DLF Phase 4 Gurgaon. Was quite satisfied using the HSBC ATM at Qutub Plaza phase 1. Suddenely that ATM has stopped operating without giving any indication of it shifting. Those of us who stay around Golf Course, Phase 1 and Phase 4 also Sushant Lok are facing high inconveniences. I am rather surprsed with the recent attitude of HSBC withdrawing from many of its ATMs in Delhi NCR.Your understnding of the Target Customer profile is a suspect. You must be expecting us to travel to your bank at JMD for the ATM or use other banks’and for dropping cheques???
