  Dear Manager,

  I called MSM OKHLA on 15-03-10 & 16-02-10 to find out how to deal with a problem I’ve had with Wagon-r Lxi(DL3C AZ 4921). I’ve been facing this problem with the brakes of my car to which I’ve been given temporary solutions, every time I’ve visited your workshop.

  Needless to say, I am quite frustrated. I expected a much higher level of service from your company, and I am quite disappointed. So I would want you to look into the matter and help me get my problem fixed as soon as possible.

  Having problems after my 4th service with vipul gurgaon.even after changing the brkepad still having the problems in breaks and wheel balancing and elignment is not proper. Vipul staff asked me for feedback and after telling them the problems on call no calls from there side.I’m followup with them 3-4 time but no response from there side.

  Dear Sir/ Madam

  With great dissatisfaction I would like to you inform you that I have taken my car Maruti Suzuki WagonR having registration No. HR-27A-6554 at service centre Pasco Sohna on June 4. 2011. I told the servicemen/ engineer about the problem of mising and bumper/ body and told them to repair the same if any and check the entire car engine/ body . But the serviceman did not taken my complain seriously. After servicing engineer said that the problem is resolved and your car is ok but as a result I got the same complain although he has charged Rs. 4300/- for the same. Next day I went to the centre again and complained the same but than the serviceman/engineer said that it was a oil related problem will be resolved automatically after 2-3 days but the problem remains same. I also spoke with the General Manager and called next day but the next day they said that there is some electronic problem. But they have not checked during servicing and on reply to this they said we don’t check electronic related thing and they are now demanding extra money for the same.
  they wasted my important time from last ten days we are giving money and result is zerooooooooooooo is this the pasco service or is this the bana shop even banyas never do like this ,

  what is the charge of Rs. 4300/- than

  Kindly give justification !!!!!!!!!

  I booked a Maruti Suzuki Dzire VDI (through CSD, Narengi Guwahati) at Poddar Car World Pvt. Ltd., Guwahati on 18th March/2011, but till date I have not got the delivery of my car. The dealer promised me to deliver the car within 6 weeks. On the expiry of the 6 weeks, the Dealer informed me that CSD has stopped the delivery of cars throughout India, so I’ll have to wait. Do you advise me to cancel my booking & go for some other car or to wait till CSD opens or what? I AM STILL WAITING, DON’T KNOW HOW LONG……

  NOTICE

  Dear Sir/Madam,

  I, Advocate Hiten Vats (Working with Hindustan times - Legal department), serve you, the above-mentioned Addressee, with notice to the following effect, which I hereby do by way of this notice:
  That I approached your service station on 9th September 2011 with a compliant of “Noise in the engine area” of my swift LDI car with registration No DL2C AH 4808 and left the car for getting the problem resolved. I was handed over a JOB SHEET wherein the problem of Noise issue was clearly mentioned. I was provided a time frame for rectification of the problem. I received a call from your executive wherein he informed me that the problem has been identified and there are few parts which they need to change to get rid of the Noise, to which I, being a lay man, agreed to, for which I paid a sum of Rs. 19,000/- to get those parts changed.
  That within 2-3 days, the noise surfaced again and as it being a warning signal, i once again went back to your Gurgaon service station and informed them about the same. This time my again I was being informed that they need some time to check out the problem and asked me to wait and after half an hour, informed that there were some bolts which were not screwed properly and thus noise was coming, now as they have fixed them, will not received the noise. I was given an assurance that now the problem is rectified completely and we won’t face any problems.
  That to my misery the same problem surfaced again within 2 days and I have to again visit your Gurgaon office and returned with the same promise that the issue is solved but nothing was done. It was a shock to learn that an authorised dealer of such a reputation do not have any responsibility towards the loyal customers of your esteemed company. It was your brand name and reputation basis which I am, from last 3 years loyal to your services.
  That today, i.e. on 3rd October 2011, the 4th time I visited your Gurgaon vicinity to get the same problem resolved but was stunned when received a call from your executive as they informed me that the vehicle’s alternator is faulty and is the reason for the noise and thus has to be changed. It is important to mention here that due to negligence and misleading promises of your staff, I went through lot of mental pressure and harassment along with the financial dent put on my pocket due to your executives fault.
  That As the fault was in the “Alternator” of the vehicle, it took your employees 4 check ups and my 19,000/- Rupees to discover the real reason for the noise. That it is a clear case of “deficiency in service” as defined under section 2 (1)(g) of The Consumer Protection Act, 1986, wherein the dealer dully authorised by the company to provide the after sales service is doing such “unfair trade practices” to earn extra money fraudulently as for 4 weeks apparently trained mechanics at Pasco Motors found the cause of the problem to be different and I had to suffer due to their inefficiencies.
  Thus by way of this notice call upon you to:
  Refund My Rs. 19,000/-.with an interest @ 18% p.a from the date of payment till the time of realization for that amount.
  Get the vehicle (standing at your Gurgaon premises) repair at no extra cost as the fault is due to your company’s inefficiency
  In case you fail to comply with the above callings, my client shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings civil as well as criminal against you in the competent court of law entirely at your cost, risk and consequences with a plaint to Pay Rs. 1,00,000/- as compensation towards deficient services, mental harassment, and inconvenience caused to me due to fault of Your executives and employees
  Kindly stand advised accordingly.
