Nautanki Mahal in Kingdom of dreams is marvelously designed 848 seat theatre for concerts and plays. It is a place where you can enjoy the magic of Indian cinema themed theatrical musical extravaganzas which explodes your senses. The Mahal offers a unique and mesmerizing on stage stunning drama with glitz and glamour packed content. Here you will experience Indian culture with bollywood style entertainment and storytelling. The shows are designed, scripted, produced and directed using the best Indian and international talent. The show is held on every night (except Mondays) from 8:30 to 10:45 pm and they offer free drinks and snacks before, after and during the 20 minutes of interval break between the two hour musical.

The show tickets are available in five figures – Platinum Rs. 6000, Diamond Rs. 3500, Gold Rs. 2500, Silver Rs. 1500 and bronze Rs. 1000. The cheapest ticket of the show costs Rs. 1000 and if you like your experience to be royal, be ready to give Rs. 6000 for the best seats in the theatre as well as some pampering during the show.
The theatre is built like an Indian Palace with the three frames of the proscenium are in the form of LED arches and a big LED screen constitutes the stage’s back wall. The outer wall of the theatre is carved with designs of some geometric filigree and some Khajurahi ideas. The stage has two parts that can dip down to the basement and also rise up to 2m so that elephants and trucks can amazingly show on stage. The stage can have 16 flying acts of people or objects at a same time.
Zangoora, the gypsy prince
Zangoora, the gypsy prince is the first show on nautanki Mahal. It is a magnus opus production starring Hussain Kuwajerwalla, Gauahar Khan, Kashmira Irani and Sadanand Patil. The drama has been written by Javed Akhtar, music is by Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy, Choreography is by Shiamak Davar, the entire production and art design is by Omung Kumar. The costumes are designed by renowned fashion designer Neeta Lulla. The show includes grand props, animation, special effects, aerial choreography, stunt, magic and live wire dance performances. The show takes you into a different world where the glitz and glamour of bollywood movies comes alive through a well – woven story with the jhatkas and matkas and Hussain Kuwajerwala’s performance is incredible. Must congratulate the mgt of Kingdom of dreams for putting up such a larger than life setup which looks btreathtakingly beautiful from outside specially the laser beams at night.
The ticket pricing could be a abit reasonable though!

kingdom of dreams truly stands to its name. its actually like a kingdom of dreams. a person here can visit any place, he can visit the various states of india in just no time!! it is an amazin destination!! till now gurgaon had no tourist destination bt now when it has cu m up with one it is one of its own kind!!

i went to see the show at KOD thinking it to be another routine musical opera.But it came out to be one of the finest shows in India. the effects are incredible. The light, sound, costume, make up, and set design are marvellous. 3D Projection and grafics need to be praised. The energy level of artists is very very high.some more themes can be added to this version of ZANGOORA. Best Wishes
