North Indian Timings : 12 noon to 11:15 pm

Pind Baluchi- a North Indian restaurant is set up by the Grand Vatika Group, which runs a chain of restaurants of the Park Balluchi fame in the NCR. The restaurant is based on the Punjabi dhaba theme which includes a fiber glass well, fiber glass mud walls and a plastic mango tree. You must go for the tasty Seekh Kababs as well as the Chicken Tikka. The safest bet would be the Sarson Da Saag and Makki Di Roti.
The restaurant has a wonderful ambience with cool and pleasant service. A variety of drinks, hard and soft are available too. A meal for two costs around Rs. 500.

Well .. we have a slightly different story to tell.
All that we found of value there was the decoration part. They seem to have spent a lot on it, and we as customers are paying the price.
And the worst of all … the staff .. especially the senior ones .. they think that this restaurant chain has appointed them at senior positions .. they rule the world … for the people who will be reading this .. expect rude language and rough behavior .. and total lack of concern probably they need a course in basic human etiquette and politness before given a front face to the resturant ….
The servings are quite small. Smaller than any decent recent that I have known. Good enough just for 1 person and generally not enough in a group. If you go in a group of 6, order atleast 8 dishes or more.
The food is not very hygienic. 3 of our people got ill after eating the food there. And I personally got very seriously ill. After 4 days of stomach trouble and urgent medications .. i am still recovering ..
As the story goes .. after being seated in a sandwiched position at an overcrowded and forcefully adjusted chairs and a good half hour of wait .. we got our food .. shocked to see the quantity and still shocked to see the taste vs the hype .. we somehow managed to finish .. as we were waiting to get the bill …. one of the waiters “accidently” dropped some left overs from some other order … onto one of our female colleagues.
Asking for a apology seems to be a crime there and the manager when called got enraged, when we told him that your staff not even apologized. He was also so smart that he asked her to leave the T-shirt there and he can get it dry cleaned. It somehow did not occur to him that she needs a seperate shirt first before she can give it to him for dry cleaning … Well obviously we could not do it and he seems to be judged that quite well
When explained the situation, (for which we had to to do a great amount of effort … keeping in his listening and situation management skills .. ), we had to request going to the market and get a alternate shirt or a compensation in the bill. The response was that I can get you a 100 Rs. shirt and you will have to wait an hour for this before I can send a person to the market …
In the end when we had wasted a lot of our energy without seeing even a bit of regret over the mess he had created, we paid the bill in full and left …
We also returned his 50 Rs. he had offered for dry cleaning (probably good enough) for a handkerchief back to him for his 100 Rs. shirt.

Went there last night, highly disappointed with the service. Found a sharp metal piece in the naan they served. Not even sorry for what they did knowingly or unknowingly. Manager was ill behaved.
