With the ever increasing population in the city which mostly comprises of young and working crowd in Gurgaon, the need for proper and facilitative public transportation is increasing. By the end of the current century, the need of transportation would be even on the higher note. To meet the demands of the time, three bus terminals have been proposed in the city.

One of the proposed bus terminal falls under the integrated mobility plan of 2021 on a plot at 52A by Haryana Urban Development Authority. It is planned that an Inter State Bus Terminal (ISBT) would make a part of Gurgaon by the year 2021. As per the chief administrator of HUDA, it has been informed that through a letter that the area earmarked for the project is 2.25 acres. This would be one of the best out of the three ISBTs which are till date planned for the city.

The other two standard ISBTs would be seen near the HUDA City Center Metro Station while the other one would be located in Panchgaon. As per the information received from reliable sources, the HUDA is simply waiting for the green signal by the government authorities for the sanctioning of the project. The authority for development plans to have bids for the project from various companies in the private sector. The only thing which is being waited for is the financial formal approval from the state government. Initiating of the tender project would start soon after it receives the green signals.

The facilities one can enjoy in this bus terminal would be just like the facilities one can avail at an airport. The shopping areas here with classy food joints, cyber cafes, convention centers, elevators, multi-level parking lots, libraries, recreation centers, etc. would meet the demands of the all the classes of residents in Gurgaon city.

Apart from the given bus terminal another project initiated here is in sector 29 of Gurgaon. This bus terminal would be very close to HUDA city center metro station and would also offer some of the classiest facilities to its users. It would be a stand to around 500 buses which can connect you to various intra city destinations. A land of three acres is occupied for the project.

So, if you would come to see Gurgaon in a couple of few years you’ll see that the public conveyance in the city has improved manifold. The property rates are also to escalate in leaps and bounds with the emergence of the given projects.
