Sector 23 in Gurgaon
Sector 23 is located close to Maruti Udyog Limited and has an easy access to old Delhi – Gurgaon road. The sector is approx. 3 to 4 Kms from Iffco Chowk, Gurgaon. The major benefit of living in this sector is that it is close to Udyog Vihar and Palam Vihar, these areas are famous for commercial buildings. Sector 23 is a great sector and has all the benefits that one can think of. The sector includes famous Swiss Cottage School and Institute of Technology and Management (ITM). Availability of local market in the sector makes life easier for the residents. This sector has many resident villas/ houses and lands but doesn’t include any residential apartment. There are few apartments in the neighborhood areas.

Though the sector is v good. But please beware of the very much interfering types landlords.
Some landlords are there, who used to tell you how to use your toilet,
who can enter your house anytime to inspect how you are cooking , what are u cooking and why are u cooking.
they tell u when to wash clothes and when not. even they charge for the use of passage from the house main door to ur unit’s door.
if any visitor come to your house, they use to first ask the caste of the person then let him/her to enter the house.
Moreover if you have given holiday to ur maid for a day or 2 , they will get their house clean up by the maid only because the house is theirs and the maid is working in their property.
So, Please don’t go by the house structure, but do take care of the landlord’s attitude, literacy level etc who is going to be there just to keep an eye on you.

Yeah..I went to see a house for rent in Sec 23A. but didn’t choose it..coz the lanlord seemed to b sort of this…its v much required if u want mental peace..
