@ Varun Panwar: I have booked 3 Bedroom through a real estate broker (Swastik Associates : 9999015577). He seems to be very bullish on this project. It seems to be a good opportunity from investment point of view as well as for self use due to it location.

try to stay away from today homes and infrastructure ltd. never delivers its projects in time. very poor customer service. just interested in making money. i have booked in today home project in luxotica extn sec 51 gurgaon two years ago, still at ground level against the promised/agreement time of 22 months. stay away
