    I have booked a flat under prime rose,low rise building, ground floor at vatika india next with vatika Ltd in November 2009 and got allotment at sector 83. Since then I have paid 35 % amount up to excavation cost last in march,2011 pluse increased cost about Rsa. 1.33 lacs in Jan.2012. Since then I have not get any demand from them. I want to know the present status of the project and other better option available for me if I replace the same with other ready build up flat in Gurgaon nearby to Metro Station.
