Security lapses in one of the topmost areas of Gurgaon have led to the blacklisting of a private security agency called 24- Suraksha Guard Pvt. Ltd. Another Security agency called SLV security of DLF phase II, Galleria, Sahara Mall, DT Mall and Cyber Park has also been issued a warning.
The news was disclosed when Gurgaon Police commissioner S.S. Deswal told media in a press briefing about the incident. He told that there was constant rise of crime in the Palam Vihar area and the culprit agency was unable to stop them. He also mentioned that there were a total of 242 cases of crime registered which include incidence of chain snatching, burglary, car and mobile theft from the last one year.
Meanwhile, Mr. Harsh Kumar, the DGM of the company said that the decision of blacklisted them was unfair as they were hired in the month of February this year only and were not to be responsible for the earlier lapses in Security.
