· Vatika Next is another prominent name which offers apartments with decent living standard starting at 18 Lakhs.
· Pal City Park is a name which promises to offer 2, 3 & 4 BHK apartments in at reasonable costing starting with 26 lakhs in sector 95 of Gurgaon.
· Global Egi-City on NH-8 OF Gurgaon is another hot property of Gurgaon being offered at moderate prices for middle income group people. Falcon realty services in initiating this project and is offering people with 1 BHK apartments at 10 o 12 lakhs and 2 BHK apartments at 15 to 16 lakhs.
· Another moderate project to invest in Gurgaon is in sector 92 and 95. The Navodaya Project by Raheja Developers promises to offer high quality living at low cost in around 27 to 30 lakh onwards.
· You can also go with Raheja Vedanta which is offering standard living apartments in just 35 Lakhs in sector 108 of Gurgaon.
