Rich people of Gurgaon are so busy that they have no time to vote on this Thursday. They are well educated and prosperous; they know their rights completely still people don’t have time to cast a vote. People either don’t have voter identity cards or they don’t want to vote.
Those people that do not have voter identity card, they don’t even worry how to get it because they remains so busy that they do not bother about it. Some people are interested and they tried also to get the voter identity card and tried to register themselves but couldn’t. One couple has tried to register themselves through the ‘Jaago Re’ online registration site and they have sent all the necessary papers to Election Commission office of Gurgaon but the courier returned back to their home. Gurgaon has emerged as a sign of success of well development of cities. Gurgaon is a millennium city but still it lacks in water, roads, electricity, and most important in sanitation. The wealthy occupants of the Gurgaon city raise their voices against it but they have hundreds of excuses for not casting a vote.
Many people in Gurgaon have not registered themselves with the Election Commission.
Some have excuses that they have to go abroad for important meetings etc. People are ready to complain all the time but they don’t think that they are only responsible for the government, if they will vote we can have a good and educated government. In Gurgaon there are not smooth roads and there is no general management, this problem can only be sort out when we will vote and choose right government. According to a survey only in last five years only 6,947 voters have been added to the Gurgaon parliamentary which is very less as compared to people living in Gurgaon. If we all want to see educated and right government then please cast a vote in the Lok Sabha Elections on 7th May.
